STANDARD FEATURES:
PLC controlled compressor system able to operate from the unit mounted diesel generator or from the auxiliary shore power supply.

- Filter system includes the Securus cartridge moisture control monitoring system with warning and automatic shut down features.

- NFPA 1901 certified fill station with automatic safety air control shut off valve when the SCBA access door is open.
- Fill pressures of 2216, 4500 or 5500 PSIG SCBA recharging is standard. Optional multiple fill pressures are available.
- Open storage area suitable for storing up to 20 spare SCBA cylinders and other items or tools.
- Control valves for air storage cascade system.
- All pressure components are CRN certified and registered in all provinces in Canada.
- The complete system is CSA certified.

UPGRADE OPTIONS:
- Dual ambient and/or booster compressor system is able to operate from the ambient air then switch over to the booster made and use all the stored air in the cascade cylinders. The stored air can be used down to 100 PSIG and boosted up to the required SCBA fill pressure of 2216 PSIG or 4500 PSIG. This option provides the security to continue to refill SCBA cylinders with pure air when the ambient air is contaminated.
- CO2 inlet scrubber is very valuable when the ambient air has a high CO2 content.
- CO2 monitoring system is recommended to monitor the intake air after the CO2 scrubber with a high level alarm and switch over to booster mode or system shut down.
- Larger capacities of filter systems for extended filter cartridge life.
- Single or all fill points of the SCBA fill station available in dual 2216 PSIG and/or 4500 PSIG cylinder recharging.
- SCUBA cylinder 3000 PSIG or 3500 PSIG fill point available.
- PLC control for the fill station providing operator log in and exact fill rates for all cylinders at a rate of 300 PSIG per minute regardless of the pressure in the cylinder.
- Dual preset regulators for 2216 PSIG and 4500 PSIG SCBA cylinder recharging available.
- External connection point for recharging HP air storage cylinders on trucks, air trailers or air carts.
- Manual HP hose reel with 100 feet of 6000 PSIG hose and quick disconnect.
- Low pressure air system with manual or automatic retraction hose reels and 100 feet of breathing air hose available.
